Does anyone know how to turn on ctrl+ left mouse click cmd

i made some parts in Pro/E but i can not rotate the parts using the ctrl+middle mouse command. does anybody know how i can do this?

Is your middle mouse button working for other things within Pro? If not, your general mouse settings may be incorrect in your operating system. If you're in a windows environment, go to your Control Panel, open your mouse properties and make sure your middle mouse button is set as middle mouse button.
