Display - perspective mode???

when i'm using catia i think i might be in perspective mode or something. when i click on a plane to view normal to it or a block, it shows the lines or edges behind it. does anyone know the toggle to click on/off for this. thanks

Go to the view menu then pick render style thenparallel this shuold fix your problem.
