Dimensions not showing in assemblies

All,

I have an assembly whereby the dimensions associated with the assembly constraints will not display on screen so that I can pattern them.

I have looked at the layers and nothing is layered off.

Any ideas?

The only thing I can think of is that the constraints are set as coincident or oriented.

Nope, the contraints are all offset

PS This is confusing the hell outta me

If you have WF3 or WF4 you can still pattern, use directional pattern.

Good answer Sip, never thought of that. Still only a workaround however.

Tried zooming out, but dims are just not there.

PS Omar, I can't post the file, not allowed

Onething I've seen that causes the dimensions to disappear is repainting the screen once you are in the pattern command. To get the dimensions to show again select a different pattern type and then reselect the dimension pattern type.

Find out the ID of that dimension. Then pattern with search. Search for that ID to force it on the screen. Hope that works.
