diamond shape on print

Help, I have just received a print with the following symbol on it. It is a line with four diamonds on it, the tip of the diamonds are touching the line. The line draws out to a surface on the part. Also one of the symbols has a perependicular symbol pointing to it. Can anyone tell me what the symbol stands for? Thank you, Reggie
