Decal Help

Hi,


I dont know if anyone can help, im having a bit of a nightmare attaching a decal which is probably very easy to solve.


I am attaching some eyes to a flat surface. I want only the eyes to show and not the background they are on which is yellow. I need to make the yellow fullytransparant. I know this can be done but im not sure how, Something about alpha channels maybe??????
