Datum attachment to a create dimesnion

How to attach the Datum created in the model to a created dimension in the drawing. The Dtaum reference is either FREE or In DIM. This IN DIM option selects only true dimensions in the drawing.

I need to attach the same datum to a Created dimension !



Is it Possible to do so ? if yes, how?

How was the datum created? with a dimension?



If not, why not create the Datum with the dimension and use the real dimension in the drawing?

what i was trying to do is : Attaching teh datum to created dimension which is overridden by a symbol.



Created dimensions aslo can be selected as attachment for a Datum , but before overriding only !
