Customizing screen and shortcuts

How can i customize my mouse buttons to use them to zoom and rotate the model. By default all my mouse buttons are set for only zoom. i am not able to rotate the model. Can someone please help with this issue?

Are you holding down the control Keywhen you try to rotate?

Yeah, i tried to do that by holding the control key also. I am using wildfire and i think we dont have to hold the ctrl key to rotate.
