Does your company asks you to provide cross training to others. How do you feel. What is your point of view with regards to this. Do you provide training in your company??
I had trained a lot of guys here in Pakistan. Even in my company. I had worked for largest air handling unit manufacturer in Pakistan (SABRO) for three year and trained 10 of my coligues and teach them what ever I know. Actually, the knowledge is only thing that increases by distribution. as much u forward it to others much knowledge u get. Edited by: Zaki
