CREATING FEATURE

HOW DO YOU ROUND CORNERS ON A FEATURE THAT WAS CREATED IN ASSEMBLY?

1. build your feature from a surface and include rounds. (Then solidify)
2. create cuts with rounds built into the sketches. (sweeps, revolves, etc.)

The bigger question is why? (Does your application lend itself to a better CAD practice?)

Select the part RMB and activate it. Or select prt. RMB open. Then you open the prt. Isn't going to have dtm,coord. system,etc. you just add them and start breaking all the association(feature created with reference in the assy.)that the prt. have with the assy.
