Creating Drawings from IGES

I have received a number of IGES files from sub-contractors that I need
to convert into engineering drawings. Is there an easy way to remove
the hidden lines. I can only think of converting the drawing views into
separate entities and having the laborious task of deleting each
separate entity. Please help!
