Creating Datum Planes Normal & Tangent to 3D Curves

Who could tell me in few words what happens in this video and how toconstract the features?

Hi, you can do it very easily, when the system ask you the option for the datum plane you have to choose through and then select the 3D curve, then you have to choose normal(or tangent is the same) and select again the curve. That's all folks!!!

First, in which datacode is it possible to do?

I can select only cylinder

Secondly, if I want to create datum plane normal to curve.

What I should to do.

Sorry in my pervious letter was mistake.

I want to create datum plane normal to curvature vector of the curve.
