create drawing without linkage

I have a big problem!

Is it possible to send (for example by e-mail) a drawing (file.drw) without linkage to the original .prt model?

Yes,

Goto View-> Modify View -> Snap Shot -> All Views

then save drawing.



Now drawing is saved with out model.

why dont you send a *dwg, *.dxf, it is more efficient way,

your files can be opened from every other CAD softwares and they don't carry symantec information that you don't what to show.

Make sure after taking snap shots, delete the model.

Views -> Dwg Models -> Del Model
