Hello
I am new to cosmos.I am trying to analyze a space frame (truss). I made the truss by drawing 3D lines and then used weldmelts.
I want to divide the structure using beam elements. If i divide the structure by cosmos default then there will be more than a million elements. But the truss is made up of only 129 beams, so if I can divide it using beam element then i will be having only 129 elements.
Does any one knows where to find this beam element.
And also when I try to analyze the truss simply by cosmos default process it is asking me to choose only one member of the truss. why is this happening. Is there any problem with the joint between members?
My last question is can I analyze assembly in cosmos?
Thank you in advance for your help
