converting student pro e into commercial pro e

i have the commercial version of pro engineer 2001, at uni i have the educational version. is there any way of me converting the files so i can do some work at home and again use it in uni. if im making any sense?. thankiong you in advance.

In a word, no. Or at least not that I know of. A number of people have asked the same question previously and I have never seen a positive reply.

You could probably use a udf file to achieve this.

PTC does make a converter. Check with the administrator of the UNI or at work. It is available to administration level people only.
