Convert iges wireframe to solid

I have downloaded an iges wireframe model but want to convert it to a solid model so it will show in shaded mode. Does anyone have any ideas on how to go about doing this in Wildfire 2.0?


Any help at all will be greatly appreciated.

If there is only wireframe you will have to surface it first.It may take awhile depending on how complicated the part is. Can you ask whoever supplied the model to save it out with the surfaces instead of wire?

How do I go about adding surfaces to the model? I haven't been able to find how to create quilts which is what I need first, I think.

In WF 2.0, Insert > Bounday Blend

Depending on the quality of the wireframe you may have to create some composite curves though. *this will slightly alter the geometry though.
