Besides Global Interference Check (Analysis > Model Analysis) in a static assembly, you can also perform a variety of interference checks in a mechanism by using the Playbacks dialog box.
Also in an assembly, you can use one part to trim another (Modify > Modify Part > Feature > Create > Intersection), and perform the Boolean subtraction of all the geometry of one part from another (Component > Adv Utils > Cutout).
