Hello!
How to check colission in assembled parts?

u can use theglobal interefernce check option





its located under tools>>model>>global interference

it does depend what do You consider by "Collision"

If it is interference between parts - static case, no movement, answer above is enough

but If You expect fast feedback regarding interference during movement then You should consider this

Tools > Assembly Settings > Collision Detection Settings
