mikes

New member
Hello,

Is there a way to permanently change the color background of the window in WF ?

How about the color of the Datum planes and Datum Axis ?

TIA

View--->Display Settings---->System Colors

Change what ever you want and save it, and add this line to your config.pro file:

system_colors_file (give valid path)

mikes,

Yes, I am sure. It works. If you have added the cofiguration option, you must have seen a monitor shape. That means you have to restart ProE to take the effect of your this configuration.

It works fine here.

The config file needs to be in the startup directory ProE. If you don't save it there is doesn't find it and doesn't load those settings.

You can find this directory by right clicking the Proe icon on your desktop and going to properties. The typical Start In should be something like this:

C:\Program Files\ProeWildfire_2\bin

system_colors_file c:\Profesional\projekti\prow\ceda.scl

Any you must have ceda.scl in that folder - Ok

Make it - (and name it like you want)

Once you make the changes to the System Colors, choose the file tab on top and Save. Save it to your E:\work dir or serve it from a server, controlled by system_colors_file ... Note the Scheme option PTC has established on the menu.
