Changing scales

Is there a way to change scales within the properties dialog box, if one would draw the model in inches and needed to change to mm in order to make an assembly?

If there is an easier method don't hesitate to pass that along as well.

Units are changed in the model. Edit/Setup/Units. Assemblies have no problem with parts designed in different units.
