Changing Hatch Color

New member
I'm hoping that someone might be able to explain how I can change the default hatch color in my drawings. Currently the default color is yellow, and I would like to change it to cyan. I know the color can be changed for each individual hatched part, but I would like to change the default color so that all hatched parts are cyan when a cross section is made. Is this a setting in the config file? Thanks!!!

The default cross hatch patterns are in pro_load_point\text\crosshatch. You can edit them with any text editor. You might want to create a new pattern with the color you want & then compare it to the standard patterns to see what you need to change. For instance, here is the default iron pattern:

#UGC XHATCH_STYLE 459 0 0 128 0 1 1

Hi dr_gallup, I tried to change the color codes in all of
the crosshatch files (9 files) but, there was no change in
color. What are those numbers (eg: color 11 15 11 1). I
guess those are RGB color codes. I tried with RGB 128 128
128.
Can you plz ellaborate more on this.

thx..
