capture image problems

Hello,


Does anybody know why when I make capture image using tools/image/capture after several images it starts to make bad quality image - 90% of the image is black. Is this a hardware problem or setting?

I dont know about the image capture, sorry.


I use print screen on my keyboard then Ctrl V to Paint program to save as a .bmp then open in image viewer to save as a .jpg or .tif
