Can't show balloons for an empty region

Hello



In Proe Wildfire when i am trying to create bom balloons in a view through a template creation, proe answers me with the message Can't show balloons for an empty region when i select the region from which bom balloons will be shown.



Has any of you comes up with the same response ?
