Can the "locked view" setting be changed?

Does anyone know where I can change my settings in Pro/E so that the first views I create are not locked by default?



I have looked in my config.pro and my drawing setup file, and haven't found anything yet. If anyone knows how I can change this (hidden config option or whatever) it would be most appreciated.
