Can only save to Intralink Workspace

I recently installed the Intralink 3.3 M021 client, however most of my work is done independently on my local machine (not through Intralink). The first problem is that every time I start ProE (Wildfire 2), Intralink starts with it, but I can click exit and cancel the login and go about my work (though it would be nice if there is a way to stop it from doing that, but allow me to start Intralink via the Intralink icon, as would be expected). More importantly though, even if I exit Intralink, it only allows me to save my files (even though I opened them from my local hard drive) to my Intralink workspace. The drop down box to change directories is grayed out, as are all of the buttons to do anything but type a filename and save. Any ideas? Thanks.

Great. Thanks a lot. It tooka ProE restart, but it seems to work, hopefully it stays that way. And I guess I'll just have to deal with closing Intralink every time.

If you have a local install of Pro/E, rerun ptcsetup and do not associate Intralink to Pro/E. You can also do this manually by editing the .psf file.
