Button image location?

Does anyone know what directory the toolbar buttons are saved under? I'm doing some customization for my company, want to define custom button images that link to mapkeys, and it would sure be easier if I could draw the buttons in another program and reference to them under Tools -> Customize Screen.

They are all contained in the config.win file. You can draw them in another application and then do a windows 'copy' and then highlight the smiley icon and then select 'Paste Button Image'.
