Dear puppet
thank you ,I tried, but it will not move, only be revolving at first.
Is it my SERVO MOTOR that have problems?
for an example,in our daily life. Do you know the garage door?
I want to make an action that a bearing move in the orbit.
the orbit's shape is similar to the U form.
If you can help me,how do I provide the file to you?
if you provide some pictures i can help you with some sugestions.
there is a upload button in the top right hand corner (then 1 to the left)of the text box where you type these messages.
but
yeah your drive could be the problem. try dragging the follower with
the mouse and seee if it does the correct action. if this is the
case your follower is good and your driver bad.
Here have a rough diagram as attached files.
I want to let the Bearing moving follow the Orbit direction.
how should I make it? Or Do you have the other references?
Is theattachment belowwhat you need? This is a movie file. If this is exactly what you need then give me your private email address, as the solution file is more than 1MB, and I will send you the solution. You need dynamic analysis to solve such problems. It can't be solved with slot follower mechanism.
EACH of ur "asm-bracket3" needs a planar connection to the surface of
the inner track and the bearing. They also need a "slot follower"
connection like you have done.
now your door.
you made ur door by refencencing the rail? righ? bad bad. thats why the
slot follower didnt work u really need to make it with no refence to
the base body. which is the rail. make it on its own.
i just used 2 rigid connections to connect them to ur "asm-brackets"
d
Now your drive..
in mechanism u need to set up some "initial conditions"
"tangential slot velocity" set it to 220. works nice for you work.
yes, that is I want. I want to design a mechanism drawing as yours. Could you mind send it to me? my e'mail address is [email protected]or [email protected]
thanks a lot
