5 axis

hi,

I got a quick question on 5 axis

I could not see any simultaneous five axis movement while we do play path
(I mean spindle and table rotate at same time)

What to do for that, or else we need to control it while doing posting?

pro/nc will only simulate the tool moving.


If you wish to view the bed moving you will require a full license of vericut.

If you can't / don't want to pony up BIG TIME for the Vericut option.

Provided you are on enslavment. WF4 will provide the functionality you are looking for. Read up on the whats new with WF4 regarding manufacturing.

Machine simulation is now do-able (it always was) via ProE. However, dealing with it and setting it up are going to be much more friendly (my understanding anyway).

machine simulation was not do-able in earlier builds.


WF4 enables you to program in mechanisms and run the tool path which will drive these joints.

Thanks for the replys

So my doubt is, while we do actual machining,the CNC machine will move or not?

How we can know any mistake will happen or not?
Is A/B/C out put control by Posting?
