Sofar, working with CAMplete have started debugging peck drilling. The CLdata seemed to output double retract prior to drilling cycle.
CAMplete has crash and collision protection for the machine and needs iges part files from the model tocheck withGcode data, it also tries to offer tool selections from Pro/NC and a tool library is necessary to create.
Currently, working with 3 axis programs and eventually move to the 5 axis stuff.
As mentioned above about www.proetutorials.com, I have found G Post to work pretty good. A little intense getting started with Gpost and manipulating FIL files, but after some experimenting and using the Post Processor tutorial available from ProE Tutorials it seems to workout pretty good. Having sample posts to get started with is a big help as well. PTC has an updated web site for GPOST:
