The way I understand it (and i'm still learning the new version) is to sketch the two curves on the projections you wish to use to create the one curve, and then use the edit>intersect tool to create the curve. You can also use select two intersecting surfaces, then edit>intersect to create the curves. After creating the curve I then choose the two surfaces from the model tree, right click and hide them. Hope this is the proper way and helps.
