I just changed up to wf4 from wf2 and am having a problem with profile cutting. I have a near vertical wall (92 degrees that joins a floor through a .09 Radius). I am using a 1/8 ball mill. When I profile cut this wall, the tool tip is going below the surface of the floor by an amount equal to the radius of the tool.
Gouge check doesnt reveal the problem. It just shows up in the real cut. I have been using the same post without problems for about 6 years now.
I have been using ProE since 1996 and this is the first time something like this has happened. Have any of you run into this.
