View not working properly

I'm having problems getting rid of some issues, attach is a
screen shot with notes on what the problems are. If ant one
could help it would be appreciated.

Make sure in your drawing properties to set ignore_model_layer_status to no and regen your drawing.

I'm not sure about the mesh lines, but the for the lines in the lower right corner, check and see if you have some interference between the parts in the assembly.

Rotate the View slightly. Sometimes if you have an interference in parts, you will see this issue but rotating the view will occassionally solve the issue.
