Unlocking a system lock

Can some help me.


I'm a IntraLink Admin with a file that has been locked by the system.


It says "Locked by:system/Release level change in progress". I made several attempts to unlock it with no success.


What am I doing wrong?

The file has been submitted for release, but is hung waiting for the person to actually release the file. There is a section in Intralink that you can go to and override the release request.
