Unbend cone

hello all,
I have a problem. I need Unbend the attached part.and i do not udertand why not found.
when the part is without curves, no problem unbending but in this part atached i do not know what is the problem.

the version i am working is 2000i

I have only had very limited but frustratingexperience with sheet metal work, but, I have found that ifa shape can not be drawn as a developmentin two dimentions (like on a sheet of paper) then it can not be un-bent.


Hope I haven't confused the issue.

It cannot be unbent as D. Werner states without material deformation to do so.

sheet metal is most confusing field dear. You are try to unbend a deformed part. You can only unbed non deformed part. In other words, you can unbend only bended parts. Just focus on word "unbed". These kind of parts require AutoForm etc (software). I dont know can pro solve this or not.
