They have actually book for WILDFIRE 2.0 as well - http://www.sdcpublications.com/1-58503-192-5.htm
It seems to be a beginner's book, but I've never seen it so don't quote me on that.

That book is a total disaster. There are not many pages in the book. If you really want learn pro/man by yourself CAdtrain is the only tool that you should be looking at. I know it cost a lot more than book but it is the only thing out there.
