3D CAD model generation for true involute Spur Gears and involute splines With True Involute Gear Profile + True Trochoid Profile
Models are generated with "Theoretically Exact Gear Geometry From Root to Tip"

Export formats: STEP, Para-Solid (*.x_t), IGES, DXF, STL, Solidworks, Catia

CAD model available in: MMC and LMC for tolerance study or Mid-Value for nominal evaluation

It can be used for: FEA, CNC Machining, Wire EDM, Plunge EDM, SLA or simply CAD design

Also used for: Gear Inspection, gage (or gauge) design, master gear, measurement over wires in CAD software

Gear geometry is generated according to AGMA 930-A05 Standard
Please feel free to download a true involute gear sample at: http://gearhead22.netau.net
or http://true-involute-gear.comxa.com
or e-mail to: to request for quotation.
Remember: Many people can generate an involute curve, make sure you get the true trochoid with it as well. An involute gear without true trochoid is a disaster waiting to happen.
As an active member of AGMA committee, Gear geometry is contructed according to AGMA 930-A05 standard. Gear formulas, equations, and calculations are based on this standard as well.
