Training Materials Comparison

I would appreciate any input or comparison on FroTime, Lamit and Toogood Training materials for WF 3.0. Since this is be funded out of my own pocket, cost is also a factor. I have prior experience in solid modeling pro/e 2001 and Solidworks, but lot of time on WF. I am especially interested in modules on sheetmetal, surfacing, mechanica and ProCable. Thanks

CADQuest manuals are pretty good. I would consider
those.
