Title Blocks

I'm feeling a little stagnate in the title block I'm using and would like some ideas as to how to improve/spruce it up. I feel that it comes off as a bit amateur, which it probably is seeing that I created it 4 years ago when I first started using Wildfire 4.0. I'm open to any ideas so please lay them out there for me.

My opinion is that it should be what you need and it should be based on either the ANSI or ISO standards. This way it's easily interpreted by anyone.
