Thread position when drilling a hole

Hi gents,

I'm a first year Mechanical Engineering student and I'm here stuck with a coursework that is worth 50% of my module.

Basically we're modelling a rod end and at the cylinder end I have to drill a thruhole. Well that's easy enough but the catch is that on top of the cylinder the hole is not threaded and on the bottom of it, it is threaded. I've been playing with ProE all day and I can't figure out a way to shift the thread from the top to the bottom of the hole. It only stays on the top and I can change the length of the thread. Any help will be widely appreciated fellas.

And for the record, I'm using Wildfire Pro/E 5

Cheers,

Stan

Without seeing a picture of what you mean I would say create a cosmetic thread.
