Steel vs Brick Reflective Properties

I hope this is the correct place to post this. If you were to build a wood fired pizza ovenwith a doomed shaped roof,which material, steel or brick usedfor the interior surfaceof the roof would radiated heat back the best to the oven floor?The roof would have high temp insulation on top.
