Split Body

Hi All,
I'm new here, fairly new to SW.
I've created some parts that I'd like to refine by splitting them into several parts.
According to the Manual I can do that with Insert /Feature/Split.
But, that command doesn't exist in my program, SW Premium 2009.
Can some one enlighten me; has this command gone away?
