Does anyone know a way to convert (or read in) the native files of Solid Edge (.par & .dft) to ProE. We have a lot of native Solid Edge files and we want to open them.
As far as I know there is no way to read directly....the best way is to convert 3DSE filesinto ACIS (.SAT) and then read .SAT in proE ( Many say STP is the best, but for complicate geometry I find .SAT more reliable)....for 2D you must go through .DXF or .DWG.
