in sketcher how to find overlap lines, very small gaps between the lines

overlap isn't the same with gaps

I have sometimes messages from PRO-E saying the section in a sketch isn't closed (I believe this is you situation too), so when this happens I use this button to connect the line which don't intersect.

Try:

Turn on the Vertices to highlight the end points of a redundant/duplicate line(s) that overlay on top of another one.

Or

RMB over the questionable entities and select Pick From List to display all entities in that particular zone.

Or

Turn on Weak dimensions
