Sketcher - Import Sketch

I'm trying to import a sketch and place it within another sketch. so this is what i do:

Start a sketch, go to Sketch>Data From File...>File System

I then pick the sketch that i want to import.

Now from what i can tell, i've only got one chance to move this sketch into the spot i want it. I'd like to modify the placement of the entire imported sketch by lining up one point of the sketch with something that already exists on my part.

Is there any way to do this?

Right mouse click on the circle with X inside to move it to the point on your sketch you want to align with existing geometry. Left mouse click to move the sketch and place it. You may need to add additional geometry such as centerlines, construction lines, points or axes to make snap points for the icons. You move the other symbols for rotation and scale the same way.
