I recieived a job offer as an applicaton engineer today from sigmaxim. Has anyone here ever heard of these guys or use there software? wondering if I am looking at a limited sector who uses there software

yes we use EFX, EMX, and PDX. EMX is most popular than others.

pdx is progressive die extension right?

I just had a demo for Smart Electrode and it was very well intergrated into Pro/E


The Application Engineer was a PTC manager for mfg, the product was pretty impressive and they are a gold partner for PTC.

Take a look at the smart library anyone that has standard parts that they reuse will love it.


I know 2 of the guys that are there and they are top notch.
