shaded view in drawing

Ofcourse you can if you're using WF 3.0

It is possible to show a shaded view without WF3. You have to create a bitmap image of the view, then inport it into Proe. It is just a pictoral image though, you cannot add dimensions to it.

In Proe, spin the shaded partto the view that you want on your drawing. On your keyboard, Press [Ctrl] & [Print Screen] at the same time. This copies the screen image to the Window's clipboard.

Now open up Window's "Paint", or any other bitmap software. Now select "Paste". The screen image is now in "paint". You probably do not want the entire screen on your drawing, so select therectangle button. Now create a rectangle that surrounds the image that you want on your drawing, then select "cut".

Still in paint, select "new file". You do not need to save the original file. Nowselect"paste". This puts just the image that you want into this new "paint" file. Change the background color to white and save this "paint" file.

Open up your Proe drawing file. On the top tool bar, select "Insert", then "Object". Pick the "from file" check box, and browse to the file that you just created in paint. Once the image has been inserted into your drawing, you can move it and/or size it to whatever you want.

This seems like a lot, but with practice, you can do this in a minute or two.
