Service packs for 2010

Hi Guys,

Forgive me if this is a stupid novice's question, but do you have to load ALL service packs in sequence. Or does the latest service pack include all previous ones?

Currently my system is at SP.0 and to load all packs upto an including SP.4 seems a lot of hassle to me, especially if I can just install SP.4 with the same result?
