how do i multiple select adjacent edges for rounding? In Solidworks you simply R/click and select loop or chain when creating a fillet on connected multiple edges.

What does the geometry look like? If the edges join at a sharp corner select the feature, place the cursor over an edge you want toplace a round on and it should highlight but don't select it. With the edge highlighted select the right mouse button and the edges of the surface should highlight, select the edge and the chain of edges should highlight in a thick line. You can then apply your rounds or chamfers. If the edges are joined with rounds you can start the round tool and select one of the edges an ProE should select the tangent chain. You can multiple selections using the CTRL key when making selections. The way the feature was create will affect the chains you see during selection.
