rip feature

I am having a time of this. I am trying to make a rip feature on the four corners so I can unbend it. Seems simple enough.

Remove the rounds. The sheetmetal conversion will add rounds for you that you change the radius of afterward.
Select the edges that you want to rip as you did before.

Now add "rip connects" for each of the edges.

I've attached the modified file.

Hey Sip,

I just downloaded the file that I attached- it is modified.
When you open the file you should see your part unbent. It has a different filename to yours as well... maybe you clicked on your own file link by mistake?
