Re-creating a drawing view in the model

Is it possible to re-create a view orientation in a model? I have a drawing which has a pictorial view (and it regenerates just fine), but there is no view in the model which matches this. Is it possible somehow to determine the exact view orientation, and save it as a view in the model?

not directly.


double click on the drawing view. Under view type category, checkout what is written on the model view names and default orientation. If it is User Defined, note down the X angle and Y angle.


This may help you to recreate the view.


Personaly, I would prefer to create a new view.


If possible please post the picture of the drawing properties window.
