radial pattern axis circle w/ no cl

I set the value to yes and now my first circle that was patterned to create the others does not get a centerline like the others. Am I doing something wrong?

Are you sure there is no centreline? Sometimes Pro/E resizes centreline almost to a dot size entity. In this case you need to zoom in quite a lot to see the centreline axis and its handles.
